    Better than expected and as good as new.

    The whole lower rear box of the down jacket opened while being washed. A down-disaster.

    Sent it on the Monday as a large tear, although ai wes the seam gave way. Back by Friday as good as new.

    Brilliant repair and brilliant service.

    New Montane logo on the chest too...bonus.

    Great service and quick return

    Very happy with the repair that was done, I doesn’t look like there was a large tear in the sleeve! The turn around time was also very quick! Very impressed with the service!
