    Awesome!

    I returned a waterproof jacket for a replacement zip slider to be fitted. It was returned within two days and has renewed the longevity of my much loved coat. Highly recommend this service 👌

    Disappointed

    I was very pleased when I found out montane offered a repair service. My much loved coat's zipper had give way, and the zip would no longer close. The returned item with a new zipper arrived, and I was pleased to not have to pay a lot of money for a brand new coat. One week after arriving, the repaired zip fastener failed and the coat would no longer zip up. So, I spent £25 to get my coat repaired, but it wasn't. And I had to fork out for a new coat after all. Whilst I did buy another montane coat, because I loved my old one so much, I certainly won't use their repair service again.
