    A great jacket!

    The Montane Tenacity Hoodie softshell jacket is a very comfortable jacket that offers an alternative to a fleece. Its water resistant and wind resistant, which means it can handle most types of weather, but if it gets too wet a lightweight Montane waterproof slides over it dead easy! I really think its a great jacket for out on the hill and I've been wearing mine a lot since I bought it.

    Yet to try in ernest - too hot.

    Only tried on, bought to replace a Patagonia Guide jacket which I could not kill. The reason I needed to replace it was that it had faded - hope this performs as good, only time will tell.
