Introducing Jessica Yeaton

Jessica is a multi-sport athlete and Physical Therapist currently living in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, USA. She is a two-time Olympian for cross-country skiing who is currently transitioning her love for mountain biking as a cross-training tool for skiing into her primary athletic pursuit. She spends her summers competing in long-distance mountain bike races.

Jessica is originally from Perth, Australia, but grew up in Texas, Dubai, Alaska, and Montana. Her experiences in vastly different climates shaped a love for a variety of different outdoor activities- from open-water swimming at the beach to mountain running and backcountry skiing. Jessica’s passion for exercise inspired her to become a Physical Therapist; she enjoys helping others stay injury-free so they can achieve their own physical goals. When she isn’t working or training/competing, Jessica loves seeking out the best coffee shops, breweries and swimming holes.

“Montane kit is perfect for all outdoor adventures. Montane’s quality is ideal for long days in the mountains– and my comfort is never compromised by the clothing’s incredible durability. Montane has a wide range of items that cover all my bases- from sunny days spent trail running to sub-zero conditions on a backcountry ski day.

Despite not being marketed specifically for mountain biking, the shorts and T-shirts are perfect for long days on the bike, and the lightweight jackets/layers are perfect to bring along when headed into the backcountry.”
