Sizing on the small side..
My usual size is XL which I tried on in shop and found tight. The size I ordered was XXL which is 'snug'. I purchased the equivalent RAB (exact same price) which is extremely roomy. I conclude, as others have, that your sizing is incorrect and we'll on the small size.

Good improvement to a classic jacket.
This is a nice improvement to an already excellent product. It feels more suited to colder evenings than my previous Protium Jackets, without being too insulating to wear in warm weather.
Perfect fit for me.
